Continued Partnership with B&B Hotels
The B&B Hotel Viana do Castelo further strengthens the presence of the B&B Hotels chain in northern Portugal, bringing a new hotel to the city with a project designed by URBIS and architect M. Fernando Rocha.
Located in a central area of Viana do Castelo, between Rua Tenente Coronel Afonso do Paço and Estrada da Papanata, near the Eiffel Bridge, the building occupies a strategic position within the city’s urban fabric, creating a transition between two important thoroughfares.
With 116 rooms distributed across five floors, the hotel provides a contemporary response to the region’s growing tourism and business demand.
The building is characterised by its highly rational design, conceived to complete an urban block with an innovative, simple and distinctive aesthetic. Through its scale, location and programme, the B&B Hotel Viana do Castelo represents another important milestone in URBIS’s portfolio, particularly in the hospitality sector.
